The South Portslade Community Centre is managed and administered by the Community Association of Portslade (South) - known as CAPS - which is a registered not-for-profit charity (No. 1089418). It has been in existence since 1996, with the original remit to develop a community centre.
The objectives of the Association are now to promote the benefit of the local inhabitants to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
IN ADDITION TO THE ACTIVITIES DETAILED WITHIN THIS SITE THE CENTRE IS OPEN FOR CHILDREN'S PARTIES, FAMILY FUNCTIONS AND ONE OFF MEETINGS.
IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE WE ARE THE FULL DETAILS ARE GIVEN ON THE 'CONTACT' PAGE. WE ARE IN THE BUILDING WHICH LOOKS LIKE A CHURCH NEXT TO THE PORTSLADE HEALTH CENTRE.
