Historical note: All of the rooms within the Centre are named after families with a long association with Portslade.

Dimensions: Approximately 10.8 metres x 8.4 metres at the widest point (78.48 square metres). When divided the two separate

rooms become 5.1 metres x 6 metres (30.6 square metres) and 5.7 metres x 8.4 metres (47.88 square metres).

Features: Baddeley Hall has composite flooring throughout. It has the capability to be divided into two separate rooms

using the suspended panels, providing access between the rooms with an integral door. There are three doors providing

external access. The kitchen directly adjoins the Hall and there is an integral child's toilet, as well as access to both standard
